Saberium

About Saberium

Saberium is a web design and development studio based in Mallorca. We build custom websites for small and medium businesses, including real estate websites connected to the CRM an agency already uses.

We started Saberium in 2025 because too many capable businesses were being represented by a website that said nothing about them.

A project begins by understanding the business. We look at how it operates, how clients find it, which software is already part of the work and what the website needs to do. From there, we set out the pages, functions, responsibilities and limits of the project in writing before design begins.

We do not begin with a finished template. The writing, layout, interactions and underlying behaviour are developed together around the business.

We use modern tools to raise the quality of the work. They let us explore more options and test more thoroughly. The writing, design and finished result stay ours.

What we hold to

01

We build around how you work

If your team already depends on a CRM, booking system or other internal tools, we first confirm how the website can work alongside them. It should not become a second place to maintain the same information.

02

We scope in writing

Phases, responsibilities, what is included and what is not. The written scope makes the agreement clear before work begins.

03

You keep control

The domain and accounts remain yours. The handover and what happens if our work together ends are agreed in writing before launch, while ongoing maintenance remains optional.

04

We test before we launch

With your real properties, services and enquiry routes. A form that shows a success message has not been proven to work.

Questions we get asked

How is Saberium different from a cheaper template site?

A template can be the right choice when a business needs a standard set of pages and a familiar structure. Saberium starts from your brand, the journeys your visitors need and the software your team already uses, then scopes the website around those requirements.

Who works on a Saberium project?

Jannik leads the day-to-day work across research, structure, design, development, testing and most client communication. Bernd contributes during the initial definition of a project and during later technical review.

Where can we see your work?

The Work page includes the brief, constraints and main phases for each project, together with a link to the live website.

What does a project cost?

It depends on the number of pages, whether a connection to other software is needed and how many languages are involved. Projects can use a one-off build fee with optional maintenance, or a subscription with a setup fee and minimum term. The proposal confirms the scope and cost in writing after a first conversation.

How long does a website take?

Timing depends on the scope, content, languages and any connection to existing software. A connected property portfolio also needs to be tested with real information. The proposal includes a project schedule rather than an open ended estimate.

Do you work with businesses outside Mallorca?

Yes. We are based in Mallorca and meet clients on the island, and we also work remotely. We have delivered a project for a business in Germany.

Can you fix or improve the website we already have?

Often yes. If the foundation is sound we can rebuild the parts holding it back, correct the mobile layouts and tidy the structure while keeping useful existing work. If a rebuild is the more suitable route, we explain why before proposing it.

Which languages do you work in?

English, Spanish and German. We work in German directly, so German pages are written and reviewed for German readers rather than produced by running the other versions through an automatic translation. We have built and delivered a website for a German business.
